Description:
Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP FICO implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to financial accounting, controlling, and reporting.
- Design SAP FICO solutions based on best practices and client-specific needs.
- Configure SAP FICO modules according to business requirements.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior consultants within the SAP FICO team.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including SAP ABAP developers, Basis administrators, and project managers.
- Perform system testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and resolve issues during the implementation phase.
- Prepare project documentation including functional specifications, test scripts, training materials, and user manuals.
- Stay updated with SAP FICO module advancements and best practices.
- Minimum X years of experience in SAP FICO module implementation and support.
- Proven track record of leading SAP FICO projects, managing teams, and delivering successful outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, etc.
- Hands-on experience in SAP configuration and customization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Certification in SAP FICO modules is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
