• At least 4+ years of experience in a similar SAP FICO Consultant position with a large end user base or SAP Partners
• In-depth subject matter expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance – Fixed Assets, understanding of other SAP Finance modules, and FICO integration points to other modules such as PP, SD, MM.
• Previous experience working on large scale SAP Implementations, with at least two full end-to-end SAP Implementations including S/4 HANA experience (On Premise or Public Cloud).• Communication skills both written and verbal, including documentation skills.
• Stakeholder management skills.

• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Finance and Controlling Solutions to Capgemini clients – with a focus on Fixed Assets.

• Act as a functional expert for SAP S/4HANA Project Systems module, responsible for functional and technical guidance over the whole project or application lifecycle.
• Work within the Capgemini team to perform configuration within relevant process areas.
• Lead business process workshops and interact well with clients to understand their business, and develop solutions based on business and technical knowledge.
• Work with business process owners, architects, and business SMEs to develop the To-Be business processes and integration with SAP and non-SAP applications in the client system landscape.
