POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Sr. Manager DevOps, the Applications Functional Analyst III plays a significant role in enhancing and supporting our SAP ECC Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) modules. The analyst will partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver effective supply chain and warehouse management solutions, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to large-scale projects. Additionally, this role includes responsibilities related to procure-to-pay processes, procurement workflows, article master data management, and product catalogs, while supporting both downstream oil and gas operations and retail business processes.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:Functional Expertise :
Serve as the primary SAP SCM/EWM expert, specializing in areas such as warehouse structure, inbound/outbound processes, inventory management, RF integration, and yard management.
Provide expertise in procure-to-pay processes, including purchase requisition, purchase order management, goods receipt, and invoice verification.
Manage and support procurement workflows, ensuring seamless integration with supply chain and warehouse operations.
Oversee article master data and product catalog management, ensuring accurate, consistent, and up-to-date information for materials and inventory.
Adapt SAP SCM/EWM solutions to meet the specific needs of downstream oil and gas operations, such as bulk inventory handling, terminal management, and transportation logistics.
Support retail operations by optimizing supply chain and inventory management processes, including store replenishment, SKU-level tracking, and product catalog updates.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:

Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with SAP ECC SCM/EWM modules, including configurations and support for key processes such as inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management, and warehouse automation.
SAP SCM/EWM or SAP S/4HANA Logistics certification is a plus.
Experience supporting supply chain operations for downstream oil and gas, such as fuel inventory, terminal operations, and transportation logistics.
Experience with retail supply chain processes, including store replenishment, SKU management, and retail-specific inventory challenges.
Proficiency in SAP SCM/EWM, MM (Materials Management), and procure-to-pay data structures/processes, procurement workflows, tables, and reporting requirements.
Familiarity with ABAP debugging and/or BI tools is a plus.
Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA SCM/EWM functionalities and/or integrations is highly beneficial.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities with a detail-oriented approach.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Configure and enhance SAP ECC SCM/EWM modules, as well as procure-to-pay functionalities and product catalog integration, to support current business requirements.
Act as a functional lead for SCM/EWM, procurement, and product catalog-related projects, including upgrades, migrations, enhancements, and new implementations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within SAP ECC SCM/EWM modules, procure-to-pay processes, article master data, and product catalog management.
Lead and coordinate testing efforts for SCM/EWM module changes, procurement workflows, product catalog updates, and article master modifications.
