Responsibilities
- Ensuring error-free productive operation of the HR IT system chain in a hybrid system landscape (Workday/SAP)
- Technical support and further development of the integration interfaces to the SAP HCM system (PECI, WECI)
- Job control and monitoring including error analysis and correction as well as handling of follow-up activities
- Coordination and support of system upgrades, support package installations, year-end activities and updates of third-party software
- Participation in global SAP HCM and cross-thematic projects
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies (university/university of applied sciences) in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification with practical experience
- Experience in the realization of customer orders and/or technical projects
- Good knowledge of the SAP HCM module (administration, job control, customizing, possibly ABAP programming) and ideally experience in the cloud environment (Workday)
- Business fluent German and good English skills
- Communication and teamwork skills as well as flexibility, assertiveness and commitment
