The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.

WHO YOU ARE:

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • student (f/m/d) at a university or comparable
  • preferred field of study: business administration, education, psychology, social sciences or similar
  • computer skills: Confident use of MS Office applications, especially good PowerPoint & Excel skills
  • languages: German fluent in written and spoken, very good English skills (team language English)
  • soft skills: Team player, strong conceptual and analytical thinking, strong communication skills, high commitment and initiative
  • practical experience in corporate HR beneficial

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Position title: SAP Human Resources iXp Intern (f/m/d) – Global Early Talent Experience
Work Area: Human Resources
Location: Walldorf

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

  • Participate in the development of learning content for SAP’s virtual Early Talent Program
  • Assist in the conceptual and operational planning, organization, and execution of virtual events for the Early Talent program, including administrative and logistical support
  • Conduct research on Gen Z, including analyzing studies and conducting internal interviews
  • Design, coordinate, and distribute communication through various channels
  • Support the team in administrative tasks (maintain assets, monitor the team inbox and follow-up on incoming emails, meeting preparation)
  • Manage backend operations for the learning platform, including material transfer and organization
  • Optional: Video Creation Skills
