Responsibilities:
As an Ask Services Level 1 Triage & Dispatching (L1 T&D) team member, the work you do will ensure SAP’s Sales and other customer facing Roles have the information they need to help SAP customers and partners around the world. As an Ask Services team member, you will work in one of our three main time zones indicated in this job description, you can tell us which time zone works best for you. After learning the basics about SAP, its solutions and service offerings, you will be taught Ask Services Support Operations. This means you will learn SAP Solutions & Services, Sales Process and the Customer Value Journey and finally you will learn the Ask Services tools, systems and processes.
As an Ask Services Level 1 T&D team member, once you have learnt the basics, you will use the Ask Services platform, run the processes and procedures to triage all incoming requests and provide answers to all level 1 questions. You then can potentially also dispatch all level 2 and level 3 questions to the appropriate Single Points of Contact (SPOC) or Subject Matter Experts (SME) for each Region and Line of Business/Solution Area. You will also support the management team with PM and PMO tasks as well as supporting the maintenance of platform used for the execution of the business operations (SAP Signavio Process Modeler, SSF Ticketing System, EDITO Knowledge Base, Sales Support Portal, Unified Ticketing App, Analytics & Reporting tools). You will also support and coordinate the business Requirements analysis, solution business review, testing and business architecture during the build of 2 GenAI solutions, Next-Gen Bot and SAP Digital Launchpad. Next-Gen Bot is a GenAI-infused tool allowing users (Sales Roles as well as Ask Services team members) to retrieve answers directly by prompting the questions. SAP Digital Launchpad is a holistic new solution supporting Digital Sales roles with GenAI-empowered capabilities.
