Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Position title: SAP iXp Intern – People & Culture Program Management
Location: Denmark, Copenhagen
Expected start date to end date: August 1, 2024 – August 1, 2025
As a Working Student in the People and Culture Program Office, you will engage in diverse tasks supporting the Program Office, driving strategic HR transformation initiatives. You will work directly with Josephine Monberg, the Head of People and Culture Program Office, gaining exposure to global processes while providing valuable support to the team. Your contributions will help ensure impactful outcomes for our customers and support the seamless execution of program activities.

Strategic Support:

  • Serve as a sparring partner for strategic decisions.
  • Provide insights and contribute to discussions on various strategic initiatives.

Meeting Coordination:

  • Participate in calls, take detailed notes, and document action items.
  • Create and send follow-up emails.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and schedule appointments.
  • Help create employee engagement activities, including running team calls, creating meeting agendas, and scheduling team meetings.

Program Reporting and Communication:

  • Assist in reporting the progress of various programs upwards.
  • Help create clear and impactful PowerPoint slides for various presentations.
  • Aid in preparing materials and assist in organizing SAP internal stakeholder engagements.
  • Create communications, reports, and presentations for management and employees.

Administrative Support:

  • Keep track of and update the planner for ongoing projects and activities.
  • Assist in the documentation and management of key program data.
  • Handle general administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the team.

Project Involvement:

  • Engage in project activities, define deliverables, and contribute to solving complex challenges.
  • Aid in ensuring project goals and milestones are met, contributing to meaningful outcomes for our customers.

Relationship Building:

  • Build relationships with team members and learn from functions across SAP.

Practice effective communication, respecting cultural differences, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
