SAP KEY USER LOGISTICS F/M/D

In the Commercial Order Processing department, we ensure that the flow of materials in international customer projects runs smoothly. Our goal is to continuously optimize and further develop logistics processes.
As an SAP key user in the area of outbound project logistics, you are the link between the specialist departments and IT. Through your proactive exchange with internal colleagues, you understand the needs of the organization and define requirements for innovative solutions. Together with central IT, you will implement these solutions in the SAP system worldwide and make a significant contribution to the success of our projects. Your expertise will also be in demand for the upcoming S/4 HANA implementation project.

• Project work: Collaboration in SAP projects for the implementation of new SAP functions in the logistics area on the basis of coordinated specifications with the specialist departments as well as in upcoming SAP rollouts at AVL headquarters and affiliates worldwide
• Process optimization: Analysis of existing logistics workflows and processes with regard to optimization and development of possible new solutions
• SAP system troubleshooting and support: Support for worldwide users in solving problems and errors as well as independent troubleshooting and correction in the SAP system
• Training and documentation: conducting training for employees and further developing existing documentation on SAP logistics processes
• Communication and coordination: Cooperation with various departments to ensure and further develop SAP logistics processes to meet the company’s requirements
