Your Mission
- Architecture & Innovation:
- Lead the charge in architecting scalable, high-performance SAP solutions;
- Stay ahead of the curve by innovating with the latest SAP S/4 HANA technologies, consistently improving system reliability and efficiency.
- Leadership & Strategy:
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP developers guiding them in creating world-class solutions;
- Provide strategic direction in the development, integration, and management of SAP S/4 HANA applications;
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to gather requirements and develop technical solutions that align with business goals.
- Development & Customization:
- Design, develop, and implement complex custom SAP solutions using the latest SAP technologies;
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with strategic goals, ensuring that every project moves the company forward.
- Support & Maintenance:
- Drive best practices by developing and maintaining technical documentation, coding standards, and ensuring clean, efficient development;
- Ensure the smooth rollout of upgrades, patches, and bug fixes to keep systems running flawlessly.
Your Talent
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field;
- 8+ years of SAP development experience with a focus on 3+ years in SAP S/4 HANA. Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams to deliver top-tier solutions;
- Mastery in latest SAP technologies;
- Deep knowledge of HANA databases, SQL Script, and performance optimization techniques;
- Expertise in SAP S/4 HANA modules like Finance, Logistics, or Sales & Distribution;
- Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and S/4 HANA extensions;
- Proficiency in integrating third-party systems to enhance the SAP ecosystem;
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and engage teams;
- A natural problem solver with excellent analytical abilities;
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
This role is based in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands. Working remotely from other countries is not possible.
To be considered for this position, you must be legally authorized to work in the Netherlands without the need for a work permit.
