JOB SUMMARY

• To support SAP SD/MM module for both Asia and Europe SAP systems.
• Involve in most of the SAP related projects and able to lead the Asia and Europe SAP teams to complete the projects on time within the project budget.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support the SAP SD/MM module and provide guidance to the Junior SAP consultants on SAP related issues.
• Able to manage medium and large size SAP rollout projects with the help from the DyStar SAP consultants and external SAP consultants if needed.
• Able to work closely with the Business Process Owners to define the DyStar global business processes and make sure that all the processes are documented.
• Work closely with external SAP hosting provider to make sure that all the SAP systems are working fine during the DyStar office hours with minimum down time.
• Work with external SAP AMS support vendors to make sure that all the day-to-day SAP related issues can resolve on time without causing impact to the business.
• Able to support all the SAP interface systems connected to both Asia and Europe SAP systems such as e_Invoicing, EHS expert rule server, EHS SDS and GLM WWI server, FTP, archiving solution, 3PL and 4PL logistics warehouse and other sub-system interfaces etc.
• Involve in vendor selection for the new SAP related projects.
• Involve in the long term planning and execution of SAP and its integrated system.
• Other adhoc projects and responsibilities assigned by IT Director.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors’ degree of Commercial or Finance, Supply Chain, Information Technology etc. or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the area of primarily SAP MM, SD and WMS.
• Integration knowledge of other SAP modules – PP, QM, IBP, EHS, FICO is advantageous.
• Preferable SAP certification in these areas and basic knowledge in SAP report development (ABAP) and form development.
• Strong working knowledge in SAP MM and SD. With SAP Basis knowledge will be added advantage.
• Understanding and application of the following implementation processes: process design, application configuration, change control processes and transport system, unit testing,integration testing, data conversion, training, documentation, go live and post implementation support.
• Capable of leading a team of 5-10 people including external vendors across different regions.
• Planning for and managing a work stream for time, cost and quality outcomes.
• Experience in international SAP rollout projects.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
