SAP Manager, FICO

Job duties:

• Recommend new features or areas for improvements based on knowledge on business roadmap, product roadmap and technology trend for SAP, Finance.
• Provide inputs during strategic planning, demand assessment & solutioning, supplier evaluation, etc.
• Drive business & technical requirement gathering, planning, design, while managing relationship with internal & external stakeholders and third-party vendors
• Familiarity with SAP FICO setup including business processes and customizations.
• Perform, review and/or advise of system changes, including coordination of user acceptance testing (unit & performance testing)
• Execute proactive & reactive actions to ensure performances & capacity of SAP FICO services meet agreed targets
• Ensure SAP FICO changes and setup are documented in the service catalogue
• Contribute to deployment & release management to ensure quality gates are met for new / enhanced features
• Recommend logical and organized approach to problem resolution, as part of managing the lifecycle of all problems to minimize the impact of incidents that cannot be prevented
• Provide insights to support team on the handling of major incidents & problem
• Provide solutions or work with vendor partners for incident or major events
• Conduct overall service review & maturity assessment and generate necessary service review reports

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in any IT related field or Computing Field
• At least 7 years of related working experience
• Experience as a SAP S4 HANA FICO consultant, with experience in large implementation
• SAP-accredited certification on SAP FICO
• Experience in managing SAP FICO support, including configuration and upgrades
• Familiarity with change management processes for SAP FICO
• Understanding of Finance business processes & the ability to align SAP FICO to support organizational workflows and integrations
