JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP Business Solution Expert to join our team and support the lifecycle of our ERP and support digital projects into our manufacturing operations.
As SAP Business Solution Expert within our Manufacturing Excellence team, you will backfill the current SAP Solution Expert in the day to day activities on maintenance module and associated ongoing projects while current solution expert is more dedicated to SAP S/4 Hana migration.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Identification: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas where SAP functionalities can improve maintenance processes, data management, and decision-making.
Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business users to gather and document requirements for change requests.
Solution Design: collaborate with IT solution Experts to design the SAP solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and integration with existing systems.
Implementation and Integration: Oversee the implementation of SAP Change Requests, ensuring seamless integration with manufacturing systems and processes.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans, ensuring the reliability and performance of SAP solutions before deployment.
User Training: Work with Key users to provide training and support to End-Users to ensure a smooth transition to new functionalities.
Change Management: Drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of digital solutions among manufacturing teams.
Compliance: Ensure that SAP solutions in manufacturing operations adhere to regulatory and quality standards.
Documentation: Maintain documentation of solution specifications, user guides, and best practices.

PROFILE / REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Life Sciences, Information Technology).
Proven experience as Business Analyst, SAP Global Key User or a related role within the biopharma or pharmaceutical industry.
Proficiency in project management methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of SAP ECC Plant Maintenance or SAP S/4 Asset Management
Knowledge of other SAP Modules is a plus MM, PP-PI, WM, …
French and English
Understanding of biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements, is a plus
