SAP PRODUCT SPECIALIST (INDIRECT PROCUREMENT) - LISBON

Capgemini Portugal is currently looking for a Product Specialist focused on SAP Indirect Procurement join one of the world’s most prestigious and innovative companies in the luxury industry.

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:

End-to-End Direct Procurement lifecycle flows (Registration, Qualification, Decommission)
Functional Integration (with Supplier Management flows, Sourcing flows, Finance flows)
Knowledge on Principles of Supplier collaboration functionalities and Platforms.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements and industry standards related to Procurement, such as industry-specific data regulations (e.g., SOX for financial data).
English is required.

Ability to communicate with technical and functional teams in a multi-cultural environment.

Responsibilities:

You will be part of the Product Team. The Product is called e-Shop Buy, having a scope related to Non-Stock (Indirect) Procurement, in an international context. This scope includes the collaboration with Vendors through SBN-Buy.
You will have to understand, evaluate, design, build and implement Features, being part of a Product Backlog, in Agile (scrum) methodology.
Reporting to the Tech Team Lead, with large interaction with the Product Owner, we expect you to lead functional analysis as well as technical analysis, in an autonomous way, interacting with the Business stakeholders when necessary.
The target will be as well to take a substantial role in the “Buy” Project aiming to Design, build and implement / rollout the new Template for Non-Stock Procurement, based on SBN solution.
