Description:
SAP REPORTING CONSULTANT
Consultant with knowledge in SAP Reporting Tools: BOBJ (Webi, AFO), SAC, to be part of the support team that resolves incidents and fulfills business requests to implement new functionalities to existing analytics solutions.

Responsibilities:
The Consultant:
- Handles the intake of incidents to the assignment group, analyzes them, determines root causes, and provides solutions
- Analyzes incidents that include BOBJ (Webi, AFO) and SAC
- Does a proper handoff of incidents to other supporting groups
- Communicates with end users that raise incidents and stakeholders that request changes
- Has technical discussions with the backend teams eHANA views (95%) and BEx Queries (5%)
- Manages incoming requests from the business
- Collaborates with other supporting teams
