As part of a comprehensive Finance Transformation initiative, this organisation is seeking a seasoned SAP Scrum Master. You will lead a team of experienced SAP professionals to design and implement their Common Finance Platform within the SAP S4 roll-ins.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven leadership skills with a structured approach, high commitment, and adaptability.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with proper training and education as a Scrum Master in a software development setting.In-depth SAP project experience within the financial sector (FICO, AP
• AR, MM, SD, etc.).
• Strong team collaboration abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written German and English.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical leadership to a team of SAP experts.
• Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
• Maintain transparency for overall program management and product owners while managing the backlog.
• Foster a value-driven work environment through technical and coordination support, alongside clear communication and goal-focused information.
• Promote team ownership and a culture of continuous improvement.
