YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor / Master’s degree or equivalent qualification;
• Min. 4+ years of detailed SAP SD configuration and process experience (order management, delivery & shipment processing, billing processing and their flanked processes like returnable packaging or customer returns) in automotive-/ (OE) and aftermarket with min. of 2 full project lifecycles, S/4 knowhow is an advantage;
• ABAP basic knowledge (like debugging ability), SAP S/4 and Fiori is an advantage;
• EDI-knowledge: SD inbound and outbound;
• Profound knowledge in pricing, invoicing processes (such as down payments, billing plan, retro-billing, self-billing) and tax related topics and integration with Fi/Co;
• Open-mindedness to work on other areas within the Sales Domain, not restricted to SAP only;
• Microsoft Office, communication skills in written and verbal in English is required;
• Project Management techniques highly recommended;
• High willingness to travel (20%).

YOUR TASKS

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant with ability to handle both support and projects, and with strong customer-oriented mindset.
The position requires a broad range of skills and the ability to step in to different roles depending on the size and scope of the projects. Activities will be within international work environment.

Below are the main activities expected from that position but not limited to:

• Being IT business partner: being first point on contact with our Business stakeholders to provide guidance in operations questions, concepts, strategic discussions and business process design;
• Designing concepts for optimization of the sales processes in collaboration with the operating department. (digitalization, process standardization and automatization with innovative solutions);
• Customizing the solution, and support the SAP Competence Center while implementing new design in SAP systems;
• Testing and implementing SD processes in existing systems: preparing test scenarios and needed documents to help decision making;
• Acting as L3 Support with internal and external customers;
• Close collaboration with other Domains such as Purchasing, PC&L, Manufacturing & Quality;
• Support, preparing and handling of trainings to the operating departments members, key users, etc.
• Handling activities related to Sales Domain, but not only on SAP SD area : can be about CRM, interfaces with satellite solutions, in-house tools etc.
