THE IMPACT YOU WILL HAVE:

Softchoice is looking for SAP SD/MM expert to act as Functional expert on the AMS IT team. As SD/MM analyst at Softchoice, you will play a critical role on the ERP team. You will interact daily with business analysts and supply chain managers, providing SAP expertise for all things sales, distribution and procurement. You will share your expertise across the team given your familiarity with SAP integration to MM, FICO, RAR & FSCM. You will be a valuable member of a team implementing and refining best practice business processes across all operations. You will collaborate with other functional consultants within Softchoice and externally with other system integrators.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 7 years of experience in SAP SD module including experience with SAP SD customizations of OTC processes including master data (materials, business partners, pricing, output), order management, delivery processing, picking and packing, shipments billing, reporting, special scenarios like free goods, rush orders, intercompany transfers, SAP Reports etc. SAP ALE/EDI (IDOC expertise, Web services, output determination, and interfaces, SD account assignment and revenue recognition processes and system integration areas.
  • Cross functional module knowledge for SAP MM, FICO, RAR
  • Demonstrate proficiency in integrating SAP SD with third-party solutions, such as third-party ordering systems and 3PLs, ensuring seamless integration across diverse systems.
  • Able to analyze business requirements, providing conceptual and detail design to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing detail specifications for development of ABAP custom programs, testing and implementing the automated solution.
  • Project experience on Interfaces with both SAP and non-SAP systems including iDocs, RFCs, O-data, BRF+ etc.
  • Salesforce, financial force integration exposure.
  • Ability to read ABAP code and debugging skills is preferred.
  • Experience with EDI, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Forms, Exits, Enhancements and Workflow.
  • Stay abreast of the latest SAP technologies, industry trends, and best practices, actively contributing to the continuous improvement and innovation within the SAP SD domain.
  • Good Analytical, Communication and planning and Co-ordination skills.
  • Identify areas of improvement and share regular feedback with the team.
  • Familiar with Waterfall and Agile development methodologies
  • Must have excellent communication and analytical skills, demonstrate strong problem solving and critical thinking
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • This is a hybrid position. There will be some flexibility, but you will be expected to work up to several days a week from the Toronto office and attend meetings on-site if requested.
