SAP Security and Technical Manager

We are in the manufacturing industry, located in Cincinnati, Ohio, seeking an ERP Integration Manager. In this role, you will play a key role in the administration and support of our SAP Center of Excellence. You will work closely with business owners and IT colleagues to ensure security across all SAP and related solutions. This role is critical to our digital transformation journey and maintaining SOX and other regulatory compliance of our IT systems.

• Serve as the organization’s expert for security topics across all SAP and related solutions.
• Engage in implementation, upgrade, and support activities to maintain Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and other regulatory compliance.
• Partner with project owners and other SAP Business Systems colleagues to support the deployment of new solutions, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Engage in enhancement development, system integration, system efficiency/monitoring improvements.
• Provide end-user support via functional or technical issue resolution.
• Analyze for Segregation of Duties (SOD) conflicts, monitor sensitive access, manage firefighter roles, and mitigate access risks to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Gather security access or other technical requirements from business and project teams and author key project documentation to detail required solutions.
• Leverage skills in SAP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Security, Agile methodologies, SAP integrations, and SAP Integrated Business Planning.
• Maintain a customer service oriented approach and excellent analytical abilities.
• Manage own workload and priorities to meet internal or external customer deadlines.
• Be a proactive team player, seeking out ways to improve and enhance business operations.
• Demonstrate proficiency in ERP processes, Information Security principles, and project management methodologies.
• Comfortably work directly with end users for training and support of deployed solutions.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
• Demonstrable expertise in SAP, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Security
• Proven background in Agile methodologies
• Experience with SAP integrations and SAP Integrated Business Planning
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferable
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong understanding of ERP integration strategies and best practices
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
