EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • A minimum of 10 years of comprehensive software delivery experience and cloud operations experience, spanning across strategic account management, business development, global operations, commercialization, and customer success
  • Strong knowledge on SAP Cloud portfolio and offerings with experience in global delivery execution
  • Demonstrated experience in managing delivery teams within an ITIL framework with a key focus on SLA adherence, continuous improvement and account upsell/expansion
  • Experience with executing transition to support processes
  • Demonstrated ability and readiness to successfully lead in businesses and/or functions that require high degrees of cross-organizational interaction and collaboration
  • Demonstrated experience of managing delivery of 3rd party partner organisations
  • Excellent leadership skills; Experienced in developing, motivating, and managing high-performing international teams across cultures and geographies
  • Promotes a culture of trust, feedback, transparency, and values diversity, high integrity, and ethical behavior
  • Strong methodological, problem-solving and conceptual skills paired with analytical thinking
  • Organizational talent and team player with the ability to extend trusted relationships with additional key stakeholders on top of a well-established internal and external network
  • Business knowledge of the SaaS and IaaS markets, including a deep understanding of SAPs Cloud portfolio and offerings, along with market insights and competitive knowledge
  • Understanding of Commercial Contracts, Back to Back Agreements and the ability to participate in commercial discussions
  • Demonstrated experience in leading/participating in change initiatives at a regional or global level
  • Fluent in English spoken and written
  • Result-driven, persistence, self-motivation, and willingness to work under pressure
  • Ability to communicate at C-/Executive-level (with high attention to detail)
  • Degree in business administration or applied sciences desirable
  • ITIL certification or demonstrated experience working within an ITIL framework

Responsibilities:

As a key pillar of Sovereign Cloud Delivery, Cloud Application services (CAS) will offer our customers a seamless and consistent experience by simplifying end to end cloud application management.
We are looking for you as the Principal Delivery Lead (f/m/d) to assist with shaping and managing our journey towards a unified and competitive business in the regulated industry with focus on cloud application management support services. Reporting to the Head of Global Cloud Application Services, you would be responsible to oversee the CAS sovereign cloud capabilities in Australia & New Zealand to ensure seamless delivery execution of cloud application support services for private and public cloud solutions.
Working with CAS Global Delivery Execution, your areas of focus include managing delivery of CAS contracts, executing transition to CAS support, overseeing delivery of operations, ensuring adherence to SLA’s, fulfilling committed commercial scope, driving business growth & continuous improvement, managing partner delivery, providing support in planning and coordination of release version upgrades, assist customers with establishing a cloud operations framework in SAP cloud environments, ensure compliance and interoperability and create a lasting, customer-centric market presence, for cloud application services. A key measure of success would be to increase CAS adoption, performance against commercial deliverables, improve customer satisfaction, retention, deliver to revenue and margin expectations.
