Description:
YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implemetations.
- Fluent in German (C1 level) and English.
- Familiar with HR processes.
- Understanding of cross-module processes along with client needs.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Hold at least one SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.
- Ambitious, eager to learn, and strongly customer oriented.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail, coupled with early risk detection skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel.
Responsibilities:
ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for advising the customer on processes, guide and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations, train superusers and make the client’s lives easier when onboarding new team members. You have a cross-module understanding and proactively design holistic processes with the dependent parties.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Empower clients with expert advice on HR processes and the seamless technical and functional implementation of SAP SuccessFactors with focus on the HR Admin process.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SuccessFactors Employee Central processes.
- Unleash your expertise by analyzing, consulting, designing, and implementing cutting-edge HR business process applications.
- Lead engaging and hands-on workshops to design SuccessFactors so it supports client processes and empowers end-users
- Work synergistically with other SuccessFactors teams to ensure flawless system integration.
- Continuously explore and master the latest SAP SuccessFactors and industry best practices.
