Description:
YOUR PROFILE:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, Recruiting or Employee Central.
- Fluent in German (C1 level) and English.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Information Technology, or related field
- Hold at least two SuccessFactors certification
- Ambitious, eager to learn, and strongly customer-oriented.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- Three full-cycle SuccessFactors Onboarding implementation experiences is a plus.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for advising the customer on processes, guide and support SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding implementations, train superusers and make the client’s lives easier when onboarding new team members. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Empower clients with expert advice on HR processes and the seamless technical and functional implementation of SAP SuccessFactors with focus on the Onboarding process.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SuccessFactors Onboarding processes
- Unleash your expertise by analyzing, consulting, designing, and implementing cutting-edge HR business process applications
- Lead engaging training sessions and hands-on workshops to empower end-users
- Work synergistically with other SuccessFactors teams to ensure flawless system integration
- Continuously explore and master the latest SAP SuccessFactors and industry best practices
