KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the design and architecture of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
• Provide strategic direction on the use of SAP SuccessFactors modules, customizations, and integrations within the financial services context.
• Oversee the development of custom solutions using tools like MDF (Metadata Framework) and APIs to meet specific project requirements.
• Ensure seamless integration of SuccessFactors with other enterprise systems, using best practices and innovative solutions.
• Manage and optimize data migration processes, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and compliance with financial regulations.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure the technical implementation aligns with the overall project architecture.
• Conduct architectural reviews and provide guidance on performance tuning, security, and scalability of SuccessFactors solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, incorporating them into the architectural strategy where applicable.
