QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Warehouse and managerial experience preferred
  • Proficiency with computers (Excel knowledge required)
  • Ability to motivate others and ensure targets are met
  • Ability to manage challenging situations and work effectively under pressure
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the afternoon warehouse operation within our facility
  • Work Saturdays pm only - 7,5 hours a week
  • Manage team performance and reassign duties as needed
  • Organize and motivate staff to optimize the team’s overall output
  • Support other team leaders and collaborate with management to improve processes
  • Complete daily reports to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure services are delivered within specified deadlines
