SUMMARY:
hth companies is in search of an enthusiastic and self-motivated Scaffolding and Insulation Sales and Project Manager to cultivate and strengthen relationships with both potential and existing clients in Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Pennsylvania . Candidates should possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and exhibit traits of friendliness, confidence, trustworthiness, and a strong passion for relationship-building within the industrial market. This role involves frequent visits to various industrial plants, identifying new client opportunities, and enhancing services for existing clients. The ideal applicant will have prior experience in sales and client development specifically in the industrial sector, with a deep understanding of the services offered by hth companies, such as scaffold erection, industrial mechanical insulation, welding, pipefitting, and industrial cleaning.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- A bachelor degree in Marketing, Sales, or Business (or a equal amount of relevant work experience) with five years of experience in construction/operations management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Working understanding of safety and administrative principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Teams and Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities:
- Develops and nurtures a robust network to source new sales opportunities and generate leads.
- Engages with prospects and clients and vendors to determine their needs, recommending services that align with these requirements.
- Demonstrates the functionality and benefits of services tailored to customer needs, emphasizing practical value and application.
- Ensures client satisfaction by managing relationships effectively, maintaining consistent communication, and promptly addressing any service issues that arise.
- Keeps former and current clients informed about new offerings, updates, and enhancements that could benefit them, encouraging repeat business.
- Compiles and maintains comprehensive reports on sales activities, including detailed records of calls, orders, revenue, lost opportunities, and client or vendor issues.
- Projects and reports on sales forecasts for designated territories, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets. Also tracks up and down tickets, man-hours, and productivity of sites.
- Creatively develops marketing and sales strategies with broader company objectives.
- Monitors industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Performs various other duties and functions as required or assigned.
