POSITION TYPE: Full time

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of industry experience (Scheduling)
• Excellent Communication.
• Lives and loves the S.L. company core values.
• Strong knowledge of the GTA geographically.
• Organized.
• Outgoing personality, able to connect with people effectively.
• Commitment to your team and an understanding of safety culture in a business.
• Ability to lead and motivate others if needed.
• Industry knowledge of tree care, or landscaping.

• Scheduling the production team to complete high-quality jobs on budget.
• Working with clients and crew leaders to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Softly schedule all work to maintain current timelines. Hard schedule 2 weeks in advance.
• Maintaining communication with Shady Lane Expert Tree Care clients and team members
• Perform daily schedule updates, ensure all work orders are completed, reschedule if needed.
• Maintain our 4.9 of 5 Google reviews online with excellent customer service.
