Description:
Scheduling and Payroll Administration
Job Responsibilities
- Accurately completing all necessary administration in connection with scheduling and payroll.
- Answer telephones, screen calls and take messages from external or internal sources so that callers/visitors are dealt with promptly and courteously.
- Assist with scheduling, attending and note taking of key meetings and interviews / meetings on stations.
- Maintain accurate records for individual employees regarding pay rates, shift details, promotions, transfers, sick leave, visas etc.
- Support the administration and co-ordination of the recruitment process, On Boarding Program, and exit procedure.
- Provide general administrative support to the management team.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties required by the Station Manager.
- Plan, organize, and schedule own workload so that these activities are completed accurately and on time.
- General housekeeping, maintaining personnel files, filing, archiving.

Qualifications & Competencies
- Up to 1 years Administration experience
- Ability to work in a team environment and develop relationships
- Capable of multi-tasking working in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and delivery
- Computer literate - Microsoft Office365, Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to effectively and accurately communicate information, in both verbal and written form.
- Ability to work under pressure whilst meeting all deadlines
