Description:

Scheduling and Payroll Administration

Job Responsibilities

  • Accurately completing all necessary administration in connection with scheduling and payroll.
  • Answer telephones, screen calls and take messages from external or internal sources so that callers/visitors are dealt with promptly and courteously.
  • Assist with scheduling, attending and note taking of key meetings and interviews / meetings on stations.
  • Maintain accurate records for individual employees regarding pay rates, shift details, promotions, transfers, sick leave, visas etc.
  • Support the administration and co-ordination of the recruitment process, On Boarding Program, and exit procedure.
  • Provide general administrative support to the management team.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties required by the Station Manager.
  • Plan, organize, and schedule own workload so that these activities are completed accurately and on time.
  • General housekeeping, maintaining personnel files, filing, archiving.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Up to 1 years Administration experience
  • Ability to work in a team environment and develop relationships
  • Capable of multi-tasking working in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and delivery
  • Computer literate - Microsoft Office365, Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to effectively and accurately communicate information, in both verbal and written form.
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst meeting all deadlines
