We are growing and have an immediate requirement for a Administrative/Scheduling Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Surrey.

The Administrative/Scheduling Coordinator oversees the production department to ensure delivery date and quantity meet company requirements. Provides directions, issues work orders and schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitors production schedule and WIP, adjust and assign resource capabilities as required in coordination with the Operations Manager.
  • Controls job orders physically and electronically to align with the production schedule, adjust and manipulate workflow accordingly to meet customer orders.
  • Reviews timesheets daily for accuracy and follows-up on discrepancies.
  • Approves final payroll for contractors and AWP staff if discrepancies require action.
  • Troubleshoots production issues, looks for efficiencies and corrects as required.
  • Monitors QC procedures in coordination with the Operations Manager to ensure the quality and quantity of the job orders. Double checks paperwork and electronic entries.
  • Monitors and checks that company procedures for completing operations are meeting requirements. This includes quantity, QC, labeling, etc.
  • Publishes and maintains a Production Schedule that outlines work in the Manufacturing depts based on available capacity;
  • Ensures all scheduling inputs are valid and complete in order to maintain the reliability of the scheduling tool algorithm;
  • Reviews late jobs to determine actual due date requirements and updates dates if required
  • Ensures data collection from the Data Collection system is imported into Infor daily and audits for potential errors;
  • Reviews ERP System for CO, JO, PO, Item, Data Collection, and Inventory integrity by monitoring Exception Reports and taking corrective actions as necessary
  • Corrects and updates ERP System elements as directed
