SCHEDULING COORDINATOR

We are excited to expand our administrative team and are seeking a dynamic Scheduling Coordinator who embodies a cheerful and energetic spirit! Pay: Depending On Experience
Hours: Four 10-hour shifts per week, with flexible scheduling options including Monday to Thursday, Tuesday to Friday, or Wednesday to Saturday.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of relevant customer facing experience
- Comfortable with outbound calling
- Superior Customer Service Skills
- Professional communication: written and verbal
- Well-organized and the ability to work independently
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Expert ability at converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments
- Experience in offering membership-based services
- Expert ability to respond to customer requests and resolving issues while promoting the brand
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Web-Based Software Navigation
