We’re looking for a Scheduling Coordinator with exceptional organizational skills who embodies our core values. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a key part in ensuring a smooth and positive experience from the moment they call or walk through our doors.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a dental office or similar healthcare environment preferred.
Customer Service Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for helping others.
Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail, time management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in dental practice management software. Eaglesoft, Revenuewell and Dental Intel is a plus.
Team-Oriented: Willingness to collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive work culture.

Responsibilities:

As our Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Managing the Doctor’s Perfect Schedule: Ensuring that the doctor’s schedule is optimized for efficiency and productivity, balancing patient needs with the practice’s goals.
Scheduling and Rescheduling Patients with Treatment Needs: Proactively manage and follow up on patients who require treatment to keep their care on track.
Assist the Manager with Doctor Collections and Financial Arrangements: Handle the doctor’s collections process, assisting patients with financial arrangements to facilitate smooth payment and treatment scheduling.
Monitoring the Patient Experience to Ensure an “Extraordinary Experience": Track and enhance each patient’s experience from start to finish, ensuring they receive exceptional service and care.
Additional Tasks as Assigned by the Manager: Support other team needs as directed by the practice manager to contribute to a smooth and efficient practice.
