THIS POSITION IS FOR A 12-MONTH FIXED-TERM CONTRACT, WITH ONE SHIFT EVERY FORTNIGHT ON THE WEEKEND. THERE IS POTENTIAL FOR THE CONTRACT TO BE EXTENDED OR FOR YOU TO TRANSITION INTO A PERMANENT POSITION AT THE END OF THE CONTRACT.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT YOU AND THE ROLE

At CSI, we highly value the support you provide to our clients, and we’re looking for a dedicated Scheduling Officer to join our team. In this key role, you will deliver high-quality customer service by allocating staff appropriately to meet our clients’ needs.
The Scheduling Officer is responsible for communicating directly with Support Workers, clients, and their families, ensuring that they are informed of any roster or staffing changes. By getting to know both our staff and clients, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the right staff are assigned, allowing us to deliver the best possible service.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE:

  • Passion for helping and supporting those who are living with a disability and are vulnerable.
  • Proven experience in prioritising and managing workloads in a busy environment
  • On call/ weekend/ public holiday work on occasion
  • Experience with Salesforce, Skedulo, or Lumary is highly desirable
  • Knowledge and understanding of the SCHADS award
  • Previous experience in the health-related industry or not-for-profit sector is desirable
  • Previous experience in rostering would be desirable.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Current valid National Police Check, WWCC and NDIS Clearance
