As part of our commitment to maintaining and improving our 9,300+ council homes, we are looking to expand our in-house operational teams. We are seeking self-motivated, positive, and flexible individuals with a can-do attitude to join our customer-focused Housing Scheduling Team in the Responsive Maintenance Section in the Housing Property and Strategic Projects Division.

Providing the best quality service is a key part of the role of our multi-skilled workforce, to ensure that jobs are efficiently completed within agreed timescales. These roles encompass our passion for teamwork and customer focused delivery across our entire trade function.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Issuing of responsive maintenance works to both operatives and contractors, ensuring works are completed within target completion dates.
  • Monitoring and actioning new online repair service requests, ensuring prioritisation and allocation of works.
  • Proactively following up service requests and contacting customers providing progress updates and proposed target dates.

Our team operates on a hybrid basis from home and/or 2 depots, based in Carmarthen and Llanelli.
