Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for operational excellence and customer satisfaction? We’re looking for a Scheduling and Performance Manager to take the lead of our South East Region Scheduling Team. In this crucial role, you’ll drive continuous improvement strategies, optimise operational efficiency, and ensure exceptional service delivery across the board.
You will be responsible for evaluating the performance of our scheduling operations, ensuring that the team meets and exceeds contractual KPIs. By analysing data and forecasting resource requirements, you’ll ensure efficient task scheduling and promote consistency across the business. Building strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders will be key, as will your commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Day-to-day, you’ll develop and manage scheduling routines, respond swiftly to priority tasks, and provide front-line support when necessary. You will also play a key role in implementing social value initiatives, supporting unit moves, and championing an innovative repairs and maintenance solution that focuses on improving the lived experience.
We’re looking for someone who can think creatively, implement innovative solutions, and continuously improve service delivery, all while ensuring budgets are met and maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
