JOB SUMMARY
The Administrative Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the organisation’s administrative functions. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage a variety of tasks efficiently while providing support to various departments. QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain and organise filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, for easy access to information.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required by management.
- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and onboarding new staff members.
- Educate staff on administrative policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance workplace productivity.
- Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other communications to ensure timely responses.
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
- Support budget management by tracking expenses and assisting with financial reporting.
