Description:
Availability: Monday -Thursday 6:30-9:30am and 3:30-6:30pm, Fridays 6:30-9:30am and 2-6pm. Only Morning or Only Afternoon shifts are available!

POSITION SUMMARY:
Provide direction for the program and staff, and implement program curriculum in a safe, enjoyable, positive and inclusive environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum age 21 ECE / 18 School Age
- Meet educational and experience qualifications established by Dept of Early Learning (DEL)
- Provide document of all certification and training requirements established by DEL, including position prerequisites, current negative TB test, and portable background check
- Plan, organize, and implement high quality developmentally appropriate programming
- Fluency in second language preferred
Responsibilities:
- Implement daily lesson and activity plans
- Supervise all children and activities within program area
- Regularly observes, schedules and completes evaluations for each child
- Maintain communication with parents, conduct regularly scheduled parent conferences, and engage parents as volunteers
- Maintain materials, equipment, and program facility
- Maintain required program records
- Perform other duties as assigned
