Description:

If so, Aspire Educational Services would love to hear from you! We are seeking experienced and qualified Behavioral Consultants (BCBA and/or LBS) to join our team of school-based ABA therapists. Aspire Educational Services is family owned with a personal interest in providing high quality treatment and services to students in our local community.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificate, LBS a huge plus!
- Master’s degree from an accredited ABA program or equivalent academic credentials.
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to work in school districts and charter schools in Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties.
- Strong technical ABA skills
- Team Player - Have a desire to make a large impact in our small-but-growing agency.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive behavior analysis services to individuals with a primary focus on addressing behaviors that are impeding a students’ ability to learn in the school setting
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and write reports summarizing results in accordance with state requirements and collaborates with teachers to design positive behavior support plans. Trains staff/teachers on implementing positive behavior support plans and function-based interventions and monitor fidelity.
- Support the implementation of school wide positive behavior supports framework at the school.
- Deliver professional development to our school partners.
- Develop positive relationships with our school partners and their staff.
- Work with students K-12 in various schools in Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs local to you.
