Description:
We are looking for a committed member of the team who would like to work within a children’s service offering education services to children and young people. You will:
- Support the organisation in ensuring that the service is run in line with the Government Legislation, Ofsted regulations and our internal Quality Assurance Standards.
- Represent Compass Education’s Vision and Ethos, whilst developing and providing a comprehensive and flexible administration service.
- Have a willingness to understand and uphold education regulations, policies and procedures and safeguarding procedures.
- Be a strong team player and be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attend meetings as required and ensure accurate minutes/notes are produced.
- Be proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel and have a willingness to learn the use of our in-house databases such as MIS systems and safeguarding software.
- Have an ability to work under pressure and priorities your workload whilst remaining calm and professional in a busy environment.
- Support with daily welfare checks.
- Undertake administrative tasks and reception duties
