ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Registered Nurse with full and current UK NMC registration
Specialist Community Public Health Nursing Qualification (School Nursing)
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience in safeguarding and child protection
Flexibility and adaptability in managing a diverse caseload

ABOUT THE ROLE:

80% Clinical Practice: Provide high-quality, evidence-based school nursing care to children and young people.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan, organize, and evaluate innovative school nursing services.
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to children and young people in various community settings.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
Contribute to the achievement of the team’s and organization’s quality improvement objectives.
