Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly professional and experienced School Office Administrator to join a busy and welcoming school in Liverpool. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a UK school reception and be confident using SIMS (School Information Management System).
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is well-presented, articulate, and highly organised, with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced school environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Front Office Management – Acting as the first point of contact for parents, staff, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional reception area.
  • Handling Enquiries – Managing phone calls, emails, and in-person queries with clarity and professionalism.
  • SIMS Administration – Maintaining accurate student records, attendance, and data entry using SIMS.
  • General Office Duties – Supporting with administrative tasks, filing, and school correspondence.
  • Communication Support – Liaising with parents, staff, and external agencies as needed.
  • Safeguarding Compliance – Ensuring all visitors follow safeguarding procedures upon entry.
