JOB SUMMARY

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role involves managing a team of workers, coordinating activities, and maintaining a safe working environment. The Site Supervisor will act as the primary point of contact between management and on-site personnel, ensuring effective communication and adherence to project timelines.

    Pay: £22,880.00-£49,460.88 per year

  • Supervise and manage site personnel, ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.

  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure that project goals are met within specified timelines.
  • Provide training and support to staff as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, including attendance, materials used, and any incidents that occur.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
