Summary
Would you like a new challenge in an outstanding Special School, working with a range of needs in a friendly and supportive environment, committed to developing staff? We are looking for a School Catering Officer interested in developing their career.
The position will be Monday-Friday, 10 hours a week and term time only. 11;30am-1:30pm.
You will join a team that is passionately committed to harnessing the educational potential of all our children whilst encouraging them to engage in daily life with increased confidence, self-esteem and independence. At Elm Tree we believe that good staff wellbeing is essential for cultivating a mentally healthy school, for retaining and motivating staff and for promoting pupil wellbeing and attainment. We now have a staff mental health and wellbeing team who hold termly meetings to promote wellbeing across school. Examples of this includes, random acts of kindness days, Secret Santa, ‘thank you’ board in the staff room and bingo/quiz nights.
