Responsibilities:

  • Testing and validation of new systems and tools being developed, to ensure they meet user and department requirements. Perform user acceptance testing, identify issues, and collaborate with IT teams to resolve them.
  • Use data mining techniques to analyze product and/or regulatory data, identify trends, gaps, and support decision-making processes. Provide data-driven insights to improve PRC workflows and system efficiency.
  • Support the design and development of automation solutions that streamline PRC operations. Work closely with partners to identify repetitive tasks and assist in automating them to drive efficiencies and reduce manual workloads.
  • Create and update detailed process maps that reflect PRC workflows and system integrations. Ensure that these maps are clear and comprehensive, allowing for easy communication of changes and new processes to partners.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions and training materials for new systems, tools, and processes. Help deliver training sessions to upskill team members on new technologies and related activities.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that systems, processes, and tools align with overall business objectives. Support change management efforts by communicating clearly and proactively with all partners.
