• Create and optimize optical designs, analyze their performance and tolerance
• Develop innovative concepts and solutions for a wide range of applications
• Cooperate closely with other specialized departments to establish production-oriented solutions
• Implement small software tools (scripts) to automate and link simulation sequences in commercial simulation applications
• Process small to medium-sized scientific projects independently
• Evaluate and interpret simulation results, prepare documentation and project reports
• Support in technical customer communication
• Participation in trade fairs and conferences
