Responsibilities:
- Own the seamless integration of 4D STEM, EELS, STEM, and MicroED workflows into DECTRIS CLOUD by collaborating with globally leading scientists
- Contribute to shaping the product strategy, ensuring it aligns with user needs and market trends, by e.g. gathering user insights through primary market research
- Build strong relationships with research institutions, collaborating on publications and showcasing the benefits of cloud-based workflows
- Position DECTRIS CLOUD at the forefront of scientific innovation for collaborative and data-intense projects, by e.g. presenting results and solutions at international conferences
- Provide expert support to users, optimizing their workflows and offering technical feedback to the development team for continuous improvement
- Foster engagement and demonstrate the impact of DECTRIS CLOUD in the Materials Science communit
