Description:
THE OPPORTUNITY
We advance science so that we all have more time with the people we love.
We are looking for an exceptional, highly motivated, and creative bench scientist who will focus on studying immune pathobiological drivers of nervous system disorders. The successful candidate will have a keen interest in driving research with a purpose, including conception of new drug target ideas, planning and execution of critical experiments that test therapeutic hypotheses. They will leverage their background and expertise to improve upon our way of working by introducing novel approaches and technologies. They will grow their communication and collaborative skills by working with other teams across the research and drug discovery organizations to enable target entry and progression through the pre-clinical pipeline.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Multiparametric high content imaging would be a plus.
- Knowledge of animal models for neurodegenerative and CNS autoimmune disease and experience with in vivo techniques would be a plus.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of South San Francisco, California is $100,200 - $186,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.Benefits
