Responsibilities:

BRIEF ROLE SUMMARY:

To work as a member of Product Support , to provide technical support for existing products. This will include carrying out investigations on reagents manufactured at Dartford and compilation of data for validation, stability or other technical reports, as directed by the Product Support Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To plan and perform scientific investigations as part of a process, method or other validation exercise or Technical Investigation as instructed by the Product Support Manager or Product Support Senior Scientist/Coordinator.
  • Document clearly, concisely and securely all aims, materials, methods, results and conclusions of scientific investigations. Report all results and observations to the Product Support Manager or Product Support Senior Scientist/Coordinator. Communicate such findings through discussions, meetings, monthly reports and other reports as required
  • Assist in the preparation of product documentation, including Validation Plans, Validation Reports and Technical Reports
  • Provide technical expertise to production and QC staff as necessary.
  • Provide technical expertise and back-up support for other functions within the company as required.
  • Assist in maintenance and calibration of equipment
