EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • A bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a similar field is required, as well as 5+ years of post-academic experience and a record of meaningful contributions to the business.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

  • Experience with the Design of Experiments (DOE), Measurement System Analysis, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and other statistical tools.
  • A solid understanding of and a proven ability to complete general protein and molecular biology laboratory techniques.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience preparing and completing experimental plans and communicating statistical analysis results and project reports.
  • Must be a flexible teammate capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • This position requires the ability to influence without direct authority by applying training, experience, and people/leadership skills to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals. Project management experience.
  • Working experience with TrackWise and OCPLM is a plus.
    This position does not offer relocation benefits.
