Products Support is uniquely positioned to address the growing demands of our customers, particularly in the areas of adapting culturing SOPs for mid/high throughput approaches suitable for high-content imaging, functional assays (MEA), and FACS sorting (amongst others) and analysis.
Our objective is to work closely with the Products team within Commercial to provide comprehensive and responsive support, ensuring that our clients have the tools and expertise they need to maximise the value of our products.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Develop, and execute experimental assays on specific cell types of interest from human pluripotent stem cells using cellular reprogramming approaches.
  • Analyse and interpret data from cellular reprogramming experiments, report data, and perform experimental troubleshooting when required.
  • To work in collaboration with R&D departments and the imaging and flow teams to co-develop cell- specific cell characterisation assays.
  • Become the in-house expert on multiple cell types, offering tailored support and developing specialised knowledge to enhance our product offerings.
  • Provide advanced technical assistance for specialised techniques including high-content and live imaging, microelectrode array (MEA) functional assays, and fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS).
  • Optimise and adapt culturing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enable mid to high-throughput methodologies that complement our high-content imaging and analysis capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with the commercial Products team to deliver responsive, comprehensive support to our customers, ensuring they fully benefit from our cell type products.
  • Innovate and contribute to the continuous improvement of our support strategies, addressing the evolving demands of our customer base and staying ahead of industry trends.
