Position Summary
Are you looking to join the Global Leader in production and sales of Consumer Electronics? Do you like to work in a dynamic, challenging and international work environment? Then we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our best-in-class team as: SCM Analyst.
The Consumer Electronics industry is evolving rapidly and therefore we are searching for someone who is able to work on a Pan European level for the Spare Parts Supply for our Samsung products. Not only acting as a control tower for the entire Parts Supply Chain, but also in depth operational tasks across the parts SCM, are included in this role. Excellent customer service is our highest priority.
The European Parts Depot is covering all of Europe and beyond, and due to our wide scope and product ranges we are looking for people who are agile and like to work in a highly dynamic environment (no day is the same).

Role and Responsibilities

  • Using historical demand and SPM [forecasting system] to create accurate forecast
  • Managing PO and vendors for timely supply & arrival of the Spare parts
  • Tracking Back orders and stock levels
  • Internal & external stakeholder management, such as factories, WH 3PL, subsidiaries
  • Supporting the EU subsidiaries with basic [process] inquiries
  • Initiating & executing improvements for existing or new processes
  • Start up, launch or support in projects

Skills and Qualifications

  • Preferably a MBO/Bachelor degree in logistics or SCM
  • 2+ years of relevant working experience
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Experience with SAP, WMS, ERP is preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
