The Cost Controlling Associate / Specialist is responsible for reporting and analyzing all logistics-related key performance indicators (KPI) as well as analyzing and identifying cost-saving measures.

- Administration, creation and development of logistics-related reports
- Timely preparation of reports for weekly and monthly business reviews including identification of trends and issues
- Logistics costs analysis and cost audits with third party vendors
- Administration and development of data warehouse requests
- Monitoring and weak-point analysis of logistics processes costs and deliveries
- Calculation and analysis of service level pricing
- Preparation and controlling of master data for audit and cost processing
- Creation of optimization action plans
- Review and reporting of monthly and annual accruals
- Administration of mass data
Your qualifications
- University degree or apprenticeship in finance or logistics-related field including 2-3 years of related work experience
- Advanced skills in MS-Office suite, especially MS Excel
- Proficiency in numerical thinking
- Self-driven and detail-oriented work style
- Fluent English skills, German or Korean is an advantage
