Job Description Summary: The Team Manager for Call Scoring and Quality Monitoring will lead a team responsible for evaluating sales interactions to ensure adherence to best practices, consistent messaging, and overall effectiveness. The role involves providing actionable feedback to sales reps, identifying training needs, and fostering continuous improvement. The manager will align closely with key stakeholders to ensure that call evaluation efforts support broader sales goals and outcomes, enhancing both sales performance and customer satisfaction through targeted coaching and improved training programs.

Job Description:

  • Lead the evaluation and scoring of sales calls, ensuring alignment with company messaging and best practices.
  • Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with broader enablement team mates to address specific training needs.
  • Provide clear, actionable feedback to sales reps to improve communication and objection-handling techniques.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all sales interactions, aligned with go-to-market strategies and sales goals.
  • Align with sales leadership and stakeholders to ensure call monitoring efforts support broader business objectives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by refining call scoring frameworks and feedback processes.
  • Track key performance metrics such as call quality scores, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction to measure impact.

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $64000 to $156750
For the majority of employees, PayPal’s balanced hybrid work model offers 3 days in the office for effective in-person collaboration and 2 days at your choice of either the PayPal office or your home workspace, ensuring that you equally have the benefits and conveniences of both locations.
